SWIMMING SUMMER FOR SEASON 2026 STARTS ON JUNE 16TH
The official opening of the swimming season for 2026 will take place on June 16, at 12:30 p.m., at the city swimming pool ‘Himik’.
Open hours during the summer season: every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a qualified lifeguard.
Admission: free for children under 7, 7- 18 years of age - 2 euro, for adults - 3 euro.
The Municipality of Dimitrovgrad provides the opportunity for free swimming training for children and youth with a coach – every day from July 1 to August 15, at 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The festive opening program includes musical performances by Vivian Zheleva, a demonstration of first aid in water accidents by representatives of the Bulgarian Red Cross, a thematic quiz with prizes and traditionally, a raffle with vouchers for pool visitors – a free visit to the pool in July, a free visit in August, and the grand prize - a voucher for a free visit to the pool in July and in August.
