AMENDMENTS TO THE STOREY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACT DETERMINES THE MANDATORY REGISTRATION OF MANAGEMENT COUNCILS (MANAGERS) IN THE UNIFIED CENTRALIZED REGISTER
Dimitrovgrad Municipality informs the owners of independent units in buildings under storey ownership about the amendments to the Storey Property Management Act that come into force after December 31, 2024, which relate to the registration of management boards (managers) in the Unified Centralized Register, maintained by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.
According to the provisions of Art. 47e of the same Act, management boards (managers) are required to be registered in the Unified Centralized Register, through the relevant municipality where the building is located. In this regard, the chairmen of the management boards (managers) of buildings should submit a notification to the municipal administration.
For buildings in the storey regime in which there are no elected management boards (managers), it is necessary a general meeting to be holded for determination of that person, after which the information should be submitted to the municipal administration.
