Във връзка със зачестилите сигнали от страна на гражданите, живущи на ул. „Христо Г. Данов” №5, свързани с новоизграждащия се подход към паркинга на новострояща се жилищна кооперация на ул. „П. Евтимий” в кв.9 по плана на гр. Димитровград, ви уведомявам, че той се изпълнява, съгласно предвижданията на одобрен със Заповед №709 от 17.11.1994г. Застроителен и Регулационен план на града.
На основание чл.75 ал.I т.2 буква „а” и ал.II т.4 от ППЗТСУ
ОДОБРЯВАМ:
Нов застроителен и регулационен план на Димитровград – ЮГ Хасковска област в едно с кадастралния план и разписен лист към него при граници: изток – складова зона: север – ж.п. линия „Свиленград – София”: юг – улица „Панорамен път”, ул. „Хасковска”: парк Н. Й. Вапцаров” и запад – залесителен пояс и Стадион „Химик” заедно с направените корекции и поправки отразени в протокол на СТСУСА №15 от 27.10.1994 година по червените, сините и кафяви черти и надписи върху плана.
