ORDER OF THE DIRECTOR OF RHI-HASKOVO
Order RD-01-100 / 01.04.2020 of the Director of RHI - Haskovo, which amends and supplements Order RD-01-93 / 23.03.2020:
1. Item 1 is amended as follows:
In commercial and production sites, food that is offered in bulk or in bulk must be stored in a way that prevents the customer's direct contact with them / protective barrier - glass, plexiglass, etc./ or are individually pre-packaged. Employees must work with protective equipment. An alternative is packaging, which can be done in front of the customer, and this activity is performed by employees using protective equipment. This can be applied to food that is not subject to further processing in strict compliance with hygiene standards.

The use of coffee machines and vending machines, located indoors and outdoors, is suspended.
The amendment was adopted by a decision of the Regional Crisis Headquarters for coronavirus COVID-19 from 30.03.2020.
Item 3 is created:
Business operators offering food should provide workers with appropriate work clothes (no special protective clothing is required) and protective equipment (masks and gloves) in the risk areas identified by them. Their use should be required only when the employee comes into direct contact or an activity is expected to require direct contact with a client, persons outside the organization, as well as when handling unpackaged food, items or cash.
Control over the execution of the order will be carried out by DPH of RHI - Haskovo.
