FOLKLORE FESTIVAL IN DIMITROVGRAD, EDITION 13TH ‘2025
On June 20-22, the 13th edition of the International Folklore Festival "With the Dances of Our Grandparents" will be held in Dimitrovgrad on the central city square and will delight the citizens and the guests from the stage area in front of the municipal administration building. The first concert on June 20 [Fri] will be performed by the ensemble "Zvezditsa" and will be dedicated in memory of Veselin Ivanov, the chief choreographer and the founder of the ensemble. The second evening of the festival on June 21 [Sat] will be a real celebration of the dance with the participation of Voivodintsi Ensemble. On Sunday, June 22, a spectacular concert of the ensembles from Stara Zagora, Radievo, Krumovo, Haskovo, and Dimitrovgrad will add the mood of the holiday. The concert program starts at 7.00 pm every festival evening.
During the festival, every day at 7.00 pm, the square will also host the traditional Crafts Fair with the participation of masters and artists from all over the country and their leather, wood, and clay handmade products.
