INVITATION FOR PUBLIC DISCUSSION OF A DRAFT OF A GENERAL PLAN FOR TRAFFIC ORGANIZATION IN CHERNOKONEVO DISTRICT
The mayor of Dimitrovgrad municipality, Mr Ivo Dimov,
On the basis of Art. 9, para. 1, p.2 of Ordinance No RD-02-20-2/24.10.2022 on organization of traffic on the public roads, invites the local community to a public discussion on a preliminary general plan for traffic organization in Chernokonevo district, Dimitrovgrad Municipality, which will take place on 12.11.2024 (Tuesday) at 5:30 p.m. in Grsseto conference hall, 15 G.S. Rakovski Blvd.
Opinions and proposals can be submitted at the front office desk of the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad or by e-mail: [email protected].
A protocol, drawn up for the opinions and proposals which are received in advance or during the public discussion, will be an integral part of the project documentation. After the discussion and the main questions raised, the possible solutions will be outlined and provided to the contractor for the preparation of the final version of the plan.
