The implementation period of the activities is until 30.06.2026. The project aims to improve the energy performance of the residential building by implementing sustainable high-efficiency energy measures and reaching energy consumption class "A" after their implementation, as well as to reduce energy consumption, which in turn will lead to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, a reduction in energy poverty, by reducing energy costs. All this will improve the conditions and quality of life, with the implemented measures, 30% savings in primary energy will be achieved for each of the residents of the building.
The project team emphasized that the renovation is possible thanks to the initiative of the owners to register an association, which they applied to and designated the municipality as the lead partner. The contractor company assured that they would try to cope with the implementation of the project and the commitments made before the deadline. On site in front of the block, a symbolic first sod was laid according to an old tradition by the Deputy Mayor Mr Minkov and the manager of the Owners’ Association Mrs Toska Stoilova, who thanked the municipality for the support it provides to the owners. The ceremony was attended by officials, journalists and citizens.
