All this will improve the conditions and quality of life, with the implemented measures, 30% savings in primary energy will be achieved for each of the residents of the building.

The project team emphasized that the renovation is possible thanks to the initiative of the owners to register an association, which they applied to and designated the municipality as the lead partner. The contractor company assured that they would try to cope with the implementation of the project and the commitments made before the deadline. On site in front of the block, a symbolic first sod was laid according to an old tradition by the Deputy Mayor Mr Minkov and the manager of the Owners’ Association Mrs Toska Stoilova, who thanked the municipality for the support it provides to the owners.
