THE NEW ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROCEDURE HAS BEEN OPEN FOR APPLICATION
The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works has opened a Procedure under Priority 4 of the Program "Development of the Regions" 2021-2027, BG16FFPR003-4.001 ‘Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including tackling energy poverty’. The new procedure requires the mandatory provision of a number of new application forms and references and a significant number of documents from the final recipients of the grant. The required application documents are visible in the link above.
Eligible for energy renovation under this procedure are buildings that have received a positive assessment for seismic insurance, regardless of whether they are insured or not insured against seismic effects, in accordance with Ordinance NoRD-02-20-2/01.27.2012.
In this regard, for each building a survey should be submitted to establish the technical characteristics related to meeting the requirements - a technical survey, which contains a positive assessment of the seismic safety.
Priority will be given to project proposals aimed at providing support to energy-vulnerable and energy-poor households.
Following the criteria mentioned in the links above, the representatives of the owners' associations can submit the complete documentation in the municipality's registry desk by August 15, 2024 to be reviewed by the competent experts.
