The holding of the National Dance Competition "Bulgaria Dances" has been postponed
The municipal crisis headquarters has decided to postpone the XV edition of the National Dance Festival "Bulgaria Dances" due to the growing number of COVID patients. 2000 participants from 44 dance groups from all over the country had to arrive for the planned three-day competition in early November in Dimitrovgrad. The event is one of the most prestigious in its field, jointly being held with the support of Ministry of Culture.
"The decision to postpone the festival was difficult, but the municipal crisis headquarters decided that the risk was not justified given the large number of children, leaders and parents in the three days of the event in the sports hall "Mladost", commented Mayor Ivo Dimov.
