A CONTRACTOR FOR DELIVERY OF AIR CONDITIONERS UNDER THE PROJECT FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THE ATMOSPHERIC AIR IN DIMITROVGRAD HAS BEEN APPOINTED
The contractor has been appointed after a public procurement procedure with subject "Delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of air conditioners for domestic heating". According to the Public Procurement Act and the announced criterion for determining the most economically advantageous tender for selection, TEMPEX EOOD has been ranked first. The price offered by the company for delivery of 2815 inventory air conditioners for domestic heating is BGN 2,837,990. The estimated basic price was BGN 3,247,311. The public procurement is being implemented under the project "Improvement of the air quality of the municipality of Dimitrovgrad by replacing the heating devices with solid fuel with other alternative forms of heating". This is the second procedure for delivery of air conditioners. The first one failed due to unfulfilled parameters of the draft bids, which did not meet the conditions and requirements of the Public Procurement Act.
The overall goal of the project is to improve the air quality in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad. The specific objective of the project is to replace solid fuel heating appliances of households with alternative types of heating devices. The project is implemented in two stages.
