MUNICIPALITY OF DIMITROVGRAD STARTED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROJECT - RENOVATION OF A MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF DIMITROVGRAD, 4 STEFAN STAMBOLOV BLVD., WITH THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE PROGRAM "DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS" 2021-2027
Municipality of Dimitrovgrad started the implementation of a project for renovation of multi-family residental buiding on 4 Stefan Stambolov Blvd under Contract No.BG16FFPR003-4.001-0204-C01. The project is implemented under the Procedure for the selection of project proposals for "Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including addressing energy poverty" with the financial support of the "Development of Regions" Program 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund or the Just Transition Fund.
The Managing Authority of the Program is the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, the lead partner is the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad, and the end user is the Association of Owners "Kamenets 1982, Dimitrovgrad, 4 Stefan Stambolov Blvd., entrances A, B, C, D, D".
The total cost of the project is 2,920,982.46 BGN (1,493,474.62 EUR), representing 100% grant aid from the Regional Development Program, of which 2,482,835.09 BGN (1,269,453.43 EUR) is financed by the European Union and 438,147.37 BGN (224,021.19 EUR) is financed by national co-financing.
The implementation period is 24 months, until 19.12.2027.
The goal of the project is that after implementing energy saving measures (ESM), the multi-family residential building will achieve an energy consumption class of "B" or higher.
