THE MAYOR MR IVO DIMOV OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED THE HARVEST CAMPAIGN IN DIMITROVGRAD MUNICIPALITY
The mayor of the municipality, Mr Ivo Dimov, officially launched the harvest campaign in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad - in the village of Gorski Izvor. Before that, a water blessing ceremony was held for health and prosperity of people and farmers.
"The harvest campaign is a time when the fruits of a long work, filled with a lot of effort, responsibility and hope, are gathered. I want to express my respect and gratitude to all who take care of the Bulgarian land. I wish you a successful and peaceful harvest, favorable conditions, and satisfaction with the results achieved. May the campaign pass without incident to all farmers. Good luck and a fruitful harvest!" said the mayor Mr Ivo Dimov and wished a successful harvest.
His greetings to people who visited the ceremony also addressed the mayor of Gorski Izvor village, Mr Angel Georgiev.
The land of farmers in the village of Gorski Izvor is over 28.000 acres, mainly growing wheat, sunflower, corn, rapeseed, and vegetables.
