Art City Gallery "Petko Churchuliev" Dimitrovgrad presents ABBAS BANI HASSAN (France) and his exhibition of graphics and wood plastics "Protection of Life". The event is a part of "EUROPEAN NIGHT OF MUSEUMS" 2024.
Abbas Bani Hassan graduated in sculpture in his hometown of Baghdad, Iraq in the early 1970s. After that, he specialized in various European countries, including Bulgaria. He studied for one semester at the Academy of Arts and Crafts and created lasting friendships with Bulgarian artists, among whom was the Dimitrovgrad sculptor Petar Panchev.
He settled in France, where he has been living for years. He experimented with ceramics, photogravure, and painting on raw photographic.
The exhibition will continue from 18.05.2024 to 15.06.2024.
