A EUROPEAN JAZZ VOCALIST WITH A CONCERT IN DIMITROVGRAD IN THE "PIECE OF SUMMER" PROGRAM
On July 4 at 8:00 p.m. on the Central City Avenue there will be a concert by the Acoustic Jazz Trio with soloist Maria Arnaudova. A special guest at the event will be the famous European jazz vocalists, Daniel Nikolov.
Daniel Nikolov is one of the new European jazz vocalists. He was born and raised in Bulgaria. At the age of 7, he won first prize at a singing competition "Zvezdopad" led by Mariana Dimitrova. This marks the beginning of the development of his talent and during the next 8 years he is a part of the children's music formation with which he toured numerous competitions and festivals and won awards as a solo and ensemble performer.
In 2012, she entered National Musical High School "Hristina Morfova", Stara Zagora, majoring in pop and jazz singing. In 2014, he participated in "The Voice of Bulgaria". During this period, he continued to participate in national and international competitions and festivals. His vocal teacher, Mrs Nadia Toncheva, reveals to him some of the great names of jazz.
In 2018, he went to Gryoningen, the Netherlands, where he studied jazz at the Prince Claus Conservatory. There, he managed to expand his musical horizons thanks to many specialists in the field of jazz, musicians from New York who teach at the conservatory, as well as colleagues from various European countries.
In 2020, he became part of the Bulgarian a cappella group "Spectrum Vocal Band".
After completing his bachelor's degree, he continued his studies at the same conservatory. During his master's degree, he focused on solo performance with a various audio effects.
The concert is part of the cultural days in Dimitrovgrad in July "A piece of summer".
