Dozens of Dimitrovgrad residents paid tribute to Botev and those who died for the Freedom of Bulgaria
Dozens of citizens gathered today in front of the Hristo Botev’s bust monument to pay tribute to all heroically died for the freedom of Bulgaria. The chairperson of the City council Mrs. Gergana Krasteva, her deputy Mr. Yulian Semerdzhiev, the deputy mayor Mr. Yasho Minkov, the secretary Mrs. Veneta Koleva, municipal councilors and citizens laid wreaths and flowers minutes before the sirens sounded in the park of the Liberators. Mrs. Violeta Jeleva, a member of the 44th National Assembly, also laid flowers at the monument to the poet-revolutionary.
The Municipality of Dimitrovgrad announces a competition for recruiting projects for landscaping and improvement of inter-block spaces and gardens, elaborated by the citizens.
