ARCH. SARANDI SARANDIEV IS THE CHIEF ARCHITECT OF DIMITROVGRAD MUNICIPALITY
Arch. Sarandi Sarandiev is the new chief architect of Dimitrovgrad Municipality. He is an architect with nearly eleven years of practice, a specialist in investment design, the field of construction supervision and the development of Detailed Development Plans. Arch. Sarandiev is a member of the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria and the Union of Architects in Bulgaria with full design capacity.
He was born in Svilengrad. He completed his secondary education at Petar Beron Secondary School, Svilengrad.
In 2014 he obtained a master's degree in "Architecture" at Varna Free University. He also specialized for a year in "Architecture" at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic.
After graduation, Arch. Sarandiev worked as a freelance architect and an expert in Architecture & Construction Department at the Municipal Administration of Svilengrad, where he worked for three years. The team under the leadership of Arch. Sarandiev has developed numerous projects in the field of investment design. The company's portfolio includes the design of the rehabilitation of the "Tsvetna Kaskada" park, Mineralni Bani village, Mineralni Bani municipality, the Center for Excellence at the "Tsar Ivan Asen II", Haskovo city, reconstruction and expansion of DG 18 "Osmi Mart" in Haskovo city, commercial complexes, recreation centers, several hotels, a winery, production workshops, single-family and multi-family residential buildings and residential complexes, as well as other industrial and public buildings in the country.
Arch. Sarandiev is married and father of one child. He speaks English.
